Five...Not Given To Any Prophet Before Me
Thursday, April 29, 2010
' The Messenger (salAllaahu alayhi wa salam) was given five matters that no other Prophet or Messenger was given:
Jaabir (radiAllaahu anhu) - and others - related that the Messenger of Allaah (salAllaahu alayhi wa salam) said :
'I have been given five (matters) that were not given to any Prophet before me:
1. I have been made victorious with terror for the distance of one month
(i.e. Those who are one months' travelling distance from him, in terms of his enemies, are terrified to battle him);
2. Spoils of war have been made lawful for me, whereas they were not made lawful for anyone before me;
3. The Earth was made as a Masjid for me and (it was made) pure (for me and my nation), so if prayer arrives for any man from my Nation, then let him pray (wherever he happens to be);
4. I have been given the intercession (ash-shifaa'a);
5. And whereas a Prophet would be sent to his people, I have been send to the people in general (to all of mankind).'

...Light of the Heavens and the Earth
' They made not a just estimate of Allaah such as is due to Him.
And on the Day of Resurrection, the whole of the Earth will be grasped by His Hand and the Heavens will be rolled up in His Right Hand.
Glorified is He and High is He above all that they associate as partners with Him!
And the Trumpet will be blown and all who are in the heavens and all who are in the Earth will swoon away, except him whom Allaah wills.
Then it will be blown a second time and behold, they will be standing, looking on (waiting).
And the Earth will shine with the light of its Lord (Allaah, when He will come to judge among men) and the Book will be placed (open) and the Prophets and the witnesses will be brought forward and it will be judged between them with Truth and they will not be wronged.
And each person will be paid in FULL for what he did; and He is Best aware of what they do. '
Surah: Az-Zumar

That Day...
' The Day that the sky will be like the boiling filth of oil ( or molten copper, etc).
And the mountains will be like flakes of wool, and no friend will ask of a friend, thought they shall be made to see one another ((on the Day of Resurrection); there will be none but see his father, children and relatives, but he will neither speak to them nor will he ask them for any help));
The Mujrim (criminal, disbeliever, sinner, etc) would desire to ransom himself from the punishment of that Day by his children.
And his wife and his brother and his kindred who sheltered him, and all that are in the Earth, so that it might save him.
By no means! Verily, it will be the Fire of Hell! Taking away (burning completely) the head skin!
Calling: ' (O Kafir! (O Disbeliever in Allaah, His angels, His Book, His Messengers, Day of Resurrection and in Al-Qadar-Divine Preordainments), O Mushrik (O polytheist, disbeliever in the Oneness of Allaah) (all) such as turn their backs and turn away their faces (from Faith) (picking and swallowing them up from that great gathering of mankind (on the Day of Resurrection) just as a bird picks up food-grain from the Earth with its beak and swallows it up.)
And collect (wealth) and hide it (from spending it in the Cause of Allaah).
Surah: Al-Ma'arij
Ayaat: 8-18

and they fall down on their faces, weeping.
Wednesday, April 28, 2010
' Have they not seen that Allah, who has created the Heavens and the Earth, has the power to create them as they were?
And for this, He has appointed a Time in which there is no doubt.
Still, the wrongdoers refuse to do anything but reject.
Say: "If you were to own the treasures of my Lord's blessing, even then you would certainly hold them back, lest it should be spent.
And mankind is so niggardly.
And surely, We gave Moosa nine (9) clear signs.
So ask the Children of Israa'eel. When he came to them, the Pharoah said to him,
"I am afraid, O Moosa, you are under the spell of magic."
He said, "You know well that these signs are sent down by none, but by the Lord of the Heavens and Earth as eye-openers.
And I am afriad, O Pharoah, you are going to be destroyed."
Then he (the Pharaoh) tried to harass him out of the land, so We drowned him and all those with him altogether.
And thereafter, We said to the Children of Israa'eel,
"Live in the land, so when the appointed Time of the Hereafter will come, We shall bring you all joined together.
And with Truth we have sent it down and with Truth it descended and we did not send you but as a bearer of good tidings and as a warner.
And We have divided the Qur'aan into portions, so that you may recite it to the people gradually, and We have revealed it little by little.
Say; "Believe it or do not believe it; when it is recited to those who were given knowledge before it, they fall down on their faces in prostration and say, "Pure is our Lord. Certainly the Word of our Lord is sure to be done."
And they fall down on their faces weeping and it increases them in the humblesness of the heart.
Say, "Call (Him by the name of) Allaah or Ar-Rahmaan, in whichever way you call, His are the Best Names.
And do not be (too) loud in your salah nor be (too) low in it, and seek a way in between.
And say, "Praise belongs to Allaah, who has neither taken to Him a son, nor is there any partner to Him in His Kingdom, nor is anybody needed to protect Him because of any weakness.
And proclaim His Greatness, an open proclamation! '

'...And when Moosa ('alayhi salaam) came at the time and place appointed by Us; and his Lord spoke to him
He (Moosa) said: ' O my Lord! Show me (yourself) that I may look upon You
Allaah said: 'You cannot see me...but look upon the mountain; if it stands still in its place then you shall see Me.
So when his Lord appeared to the mountain, He (Allaah) made it collapse to dust..
and Moosa fell down unconscious !
Then when he (Moosa) recovered his senses, he said: ' Glory be to You, I turn to You in Repentance and I am the first of the Believers! '

SubhanAllah...Even the Dead Could Hear It
Monday, January 4, 2010
Praise be to Allah, the Patient (As-Sabur), the Thankful (Ash-Shakur), the Most High (Al-'Aliyy), the Greatest (Al-Kabir), the All-Hearing (As-Sami'), the All-Seeing (Al-Basir), the All-Knowing (Al-'Alim), the All-Powerful (Al-Qadir), Whose Power controls every single creature and WHose Will dominate every single event. his call to people to prepare for the Hereafter has been made so strongly that even the dead could hear it. I bear witness that there is no God except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His Slave and Messenger, the best of His creation, who did not spare any effort to advise this Ummah, the most patient in accepting the decree of Allah and the most grateful for His blessings. Truly, he conveyed the message of Allah and proclaimed the Truth and endured in the way of Allah that which no human had ever endured. He followed Allah's commands patiently and gratefully, until he gained the pleasure of Allah and attained the highest degree of patience, such as had never before been reached.
